The Indianapolis Artsgarden is the property of the Arts Council of Indianapolis. The Arts Council also administers the functioning of the Arts. The Indianapolis Artsgarden is open to public all seven days of the week. From Mondays to Saturdays the garden is open from 9 in the morning to 9:30 at night. On Sundays the garden is opened up at noon and closes down at half past six in the evening.
