The Museum at the NCAA Hall functions as a part of the National Collegiate Athletic Association.

The Museum at the NCAA Hall of Champions serves as a hub of activity for all kinds of college sports and it acts as a platform for furthering the same. In November 2007 a fire caused due to electrical malfunctioning damaged some sections of the building and the establishment was shut down for repairs. The Hall has been renovated and once again opened on the 12th of March, 2009.
