What's the Victory Field Address
Minor league baseball fans never miss a trip to the home of the Indianapolis Indians of the International League, Victory Field. Opened in the summer of 1996, Victory Field replaced what was known as Bush Stadium.
The name of this 15,500 seat baseball park represents the victory of the United States in World War II. The annual City, County, and High School Baseball State Championships are also held at the park.
Apart from a spectacular view of the Indianapolis skyline, the park features an open concourse, festival-style lawn seating, and special seats close to the foul lines. For added luxury, the park also features five party areas, two picnic areas, and 28 luxury suites.
Situated on the southwest border of White River State Park, with the IUPUI to its northeast, the park is close to the RCA Dome, and the Indianapolis Tennis Center and other renowned establishments in the area.
If you want to get in on all the baseball action at the park on your vacation, log on to the official website at http://www.minorleaguebaseball.com/schedule/index.jsp?sid=t484 for a detailed listing of sporting events.
